- Implementation of soft switches Cisco CSPS, Nexge Proxy ,Media Server, IVR server,
Call Server.
- Handling all VOIP related services (prepaid, postpaid)
- Working on CISCO SPS
- AAA implementation
- Nexge server
- Troubleshooting customer issues
- Coordinating with terminating gateway partner.
- VOIP testing
- In depth testing and resolving issues related to SIP Protocol
- Testing of SIP server
- Testing & integration of billing server.
- IVR, IP PBX
- Testing of all available VOIP products (Like Linksys, Audio Code, Mediant, Routers,
ect).
- Billing solution implementation for VOIP Services (Pre & Post-Paid)
- Documentation of complete process.
- Coordination with vendors.
- Providing complete solution, maintenance & functionality to ITSP scenario.

Skill Set Required:
- Must be Graduate (Preferably Engineer)
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Superb technical knowledge in VoIP
- Ready to provide 24X7 support.
- Hands on experience in SIP and H323
