It goes to the server of local Internet service provider. From Local servicer provider,
it goes to Net4 SIP server which authenticates, checks his balance and authorizes
(AAA). Then it goes to Net4 switch which routes the call to the carrier/local telecom
operator of the dialed destination/country.
