Job Description
- Create and manage a network of distributors and dealers in the assigned territory
- Revenue generation by having promotional tie-ups and alliances with organizations having same target audience
- Handling of channel partner and driving secondry sales
- Take business decisions pertaining to the region handled
- Identifying the marketing needs in his terriotry.
- Design business plan on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis covering all the sales channels – business partners, distributors/dealers, 
- Manpower Planning based on forecast of needs vis a vis Business model.
