Job Description
Incumbent would be responsible for the following -
- To ensure sales of Net4's services inclusive of - bandwidth, VoIP, Colocation, IPLCs to SMEs and Corporate Houses.
- Manpower Planning based on forecast of needs vis a vis Business model.
- Budgeting and ensuring resource availability.
- To create and support sales efforts.
- Team Management - 
          > Allocation of sales targets.
          > Monitoring team performance.
          > Training & Developments of team members.
          > Retention of team.
- Developing and leveraging corporate channel associates.
- Rolling in more business & revenue for the firm.
Skill Sets Required
- Strong leadership, influence, negotiating, relationship building, communication, organization, and team building skills.
- Strong business acumen, identifying key issues with the ability to bring them to resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills.
