Job Description
- System Architecture and management of senior Technical resource within the team.
- Lead the software architecture design effort, assess technology risk and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead system POC(proof of concept) and formulate guidelines for quality software development and make sure that quality software is delivered on time.
- Document, System design Document and other relevant documents.
- Manage and be responsible for the overall system Architecture.
- Provide strong Architecture Leadership analysis and design considerations related to researching and pioloting emerging technologies.
- To identify and manage risk in his/her business activities and take responsibility for reporting risks in a timely, open and appropriate manner.
- Tracks market trend and competitor activities in 'expert' area and ensure this data is utilised for the ongoing service development.
Skill Sets Required
- Web based application development in .Net, J2EE, PHP
- Database designing skills for MS SQL, MYSQL.
- Previous experience in specifying organization level software standards.
- Very good understanding of software Engineering principles.
- Knowledge in ISP services including domains, hosting e-mail and /or VOIP billing.
- Good Leadership qualities.
- Communicatin skills.
- Adaptability to new technological changes.
